Wrong sizes

Should you order from Body Support Shop and find that the item is the wrong size, you are welcome to return it for an exchange. The rules for this exchange are as follows:

Return postage cost

The cost of the return postage will only be refunded if the incorrect size was sent. For example, if you ordered a medium and you were sent a large. We will not refund return postage should you order a size and find that it does not fit and you need to change the size over. for example, if you ordered a medium and tried it on and find that you require a large.

As part of our service to you, Body Support Shop will not charge you for the newly exchanged product to be sent back out to you.

Goods sent incorrectly

Any item sent incorrectly will be fully refunded, providing the following conditions are met:

When returning goods you must include

  • ALL of the original packaging
  • A copy of the receipt or invoice
  • A note explaining your exchange or credit requirements
  • YOUR CONTACT DETAILS - return address, phone number, etc

Faulty Goods

All faulty goods can be returned to Body Support Shop for assessment. A credit will only be issued in the case where the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault. We do not issue credits for products that have been misused
