Your personal information is not shared with any other company. We use your address details and phone number to be able to contact you regarding an order. Nothing else

Your email address

There are two instances where your email address may be supplied using the Body Support Shop website. Firstly, you are required to supply an address as part of your contact details when making an order. It is important that you supply us with a working address, because this is how you receive your receipt and order tracking details. After your order has been processed, your email address is considered void and is not used for any marketing purposes, nor is is shared with any other party.

Secondly, you may wish to sign up and join our email specials list. Body Support shop is against any kind of spam, thus we stipulate that this is strictly an "opt-in" list, and ensure that it is just as easy for you to remove yourself from the list as it was to join it. The ONLY email you receive is what you signed up for, namely: specials and new product information from Body Support Shop. Again, your address is not used for any other purpose, nor is it shared with any other party.

SECURITY

Is my credit card safe?

It is completely safe to order using your credit card with Body Support Shop. The transaction is not processed on our site, rather, the details of your order are sent to a trusted New Zealand Payment Gateway service (Payment Express) where the transaction is completed with your credit card. Therefore, your credit details are:

  • 1) Not used on our website, or passed from one site to another
  • 2) Processed entirely on the Payment Express hosted page, which uses industry standard 128 bit encryption methods.
